According to the New York Daily News, geeks make better partners and husbands. How could I read this and NOT talk about it, considering I’m a MAJOR geek, husband’s a geek, and most of my friends are geeks. I know my friends would have a lot to say.
The article says, “A nerd is an excellent provider and a guy who puts you first,” says E. Jean Carroll, Elle magazine’s love and sex advice columnist. “He’ll turn out to be a great father and a great husband.”
I wonder could this be true for girls too, the nerdier they are, the better partner and mother? The article only mentions guy geeks. What about the ladies? I realize that men are typically more visual then women, but looks only get you so far; its the mind that does the rest.
Chime in ladies and gents. Do geeks do it better?
