Well, i’m slowly rebuilding the site. 95% of the my posts survived, but I have a ton of comments that I haven’t added yet. I need to get them in there but to not want to have to do it manually. I think I will need to write a script to import them. I really miss all of the comments Joy left me.

Check out this handy hint at Lifehut. It is basically a way to set up Wordpress to backup your database and mail it to your GMail account on a daily basis so if your site were to die (again) you have all your data backed up.

December 15th, 2005 at 6:40 amOh woman, I am sorry that this happened. I am sure that it is my fault somehow, or at least you can blame me if you want. I would hold you if I was home, and cry for your lost data. You know that you will have fun re-making it though.
