A big reason I got into this field was because technology is always changing and always advancing. Yesterday on Christmas, I hooked up my webcam and my husband was able to watch his kids open Xmas presents from a warzone in Iraq. I thought that was pretty damn cool. Hope everyone had a nice holiday.

So often tchnology sucks but it is so cool that the simple act of a father wtching his children open their presents is possible with all those miles in between them.

Santa was still good to them, although from the mess in my house, I think perhaps too good.

That is really cool - My brother just got over to Iraq for the first time about two weeks ago. He said he wasn’t sure about the availability of computers. Are they allowed access in certain areas?
