Sexy Website
Do you ever stumble upon sites that just look so pretty and you just want to stay and read more? Well I just came across one today. I was looking for concert information in the area and I had heard about a couple music festivals and I came across Rock Werchter 2007.
The colors are awesome. I’m usually pretty down on Flash sites but I loved the implementation here.
The website really just matches the incredible lineup:

I don’t know how to code in flash so that site makes me feel inadequate! Based on pages like that no wonder everyone drools over flash.Too bad a lot can’t combine usability as well.
As for the music:Interpol and Bjork? I’d go.

mccormicky..don’t feel bad. I suck at flash. about 4 years ago i spent 12 hours trying to make two puzzle pieces fly around the screen and it was at that time that I decided to stick with server-side programming
Thanks for the links Thomas. I was looking at pukkelpop yesterday but they didn’t have the lineup yet that I could see. I will be keeping my eyes open.

Don’t bother with QotSA. awesome CD, but they are god awful live. Saw them open for NIN about 18 months ago and the singer must have been on something. it was just bad.

ash–don’t tell me that! QotSA are one of my favorite bands! I saw them perform on direct tv about 2 years ago and they were good… but perhaps josh homme was sober then! I will still try and see them if I can though.

Not a bad website. But damn, what a line up! Billy Talent, Muse… I’d go just for those two, let alone Pearl Jam and Bloc Party! WoW! I’ll come for sure! Where is it? (Please say Australia)
