Typically sites with flashing and moving things are really obnoxious, but today I found a site that I thought did it really well.
We are going out of town soon and I need to find a pet sitter for my dogs and I came across this really cute site that would be perfect.
When you go to the home page of the site, Loyalty Pet, there is a sentence which trails the mouse telling you to “click the boy & dog to discover loyalty”. There are all kinds of usability issues you could bring up and I normally would, but for some reason, the pictures are charming and the website did it’s trick; I want to be a customer. Yes, I’m easily distracted. Oh, look at the butterfly!
